• Contact and location details — your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the ZIP code or address where the vehicle is located.
• Messages you send through our chat assistant or by phone or email.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank account numbers, card numbers, or passwords. Never send those to us.

• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Calls, texts, and email

By submitting the offer form you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you provide about your offer and pickup, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link — we will still need to reach you about a sale already in progress.
