By using this website, requesting an offer, or selling a vehicle to us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Offers

• An offer is based entirely on the information you provide about the vehicle. Accuracy is your responsibility.
• An offer is an invitation to sell on the stated terms — not a binding purchase contract until the vehicle is inspected at pickup and the sale is completed.
• Offers are valid for a limited period and may be repriced or withdrawn if the vehicle differs materially from your description, if required documents are missing, or after the offer expires.
• We may decline to purchase any vehicle, including where ownership, title, or lien status cannot be verified.

Your responsibilities as the seller

• You must be the legal owner (or authorized to sell on the owner's behalf) and at least 18 years old.
• You must describe the vehicle honestly, including whether it runs and drives, its title status, and any damage, missing parts, or flood or fire history.
• You must provide valid identification and properly signed title or other ownership documents at pickup, and disclose and resolve any lien.
• You must remove all personal belongings before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.
• In Nevada, license plates stay with you. You are responsible for removing them and for canceling your registration and insurance after the sale.

Pickup and payment

Towing and pickup within our published service area are provided at no cost and are not deducted from your offer. Payment is made at the time of pickup once the vehicle and documents are verified. Pickup windows are scheduled estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, access restrictions, or other conditions outside our control.

Transfer of ownership and risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the vehicle is released, documents are signed, and payment is made. After that, the vehicle may be resold, dismantled, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at the buyer's discretion.

Partner services

Offers may be generated and vehicles may be purchased through third-party buying networks and their contracted carriers. Those partners may have their own terms that apply to the purchase transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a vehicle sale is limited to the amount of the offer for the vehicle at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
